Honourable Jagunmolu Akande Omoniyi (FCA)

Founder & Adviser

Akande as he is fondly called by his friend is the founder/CEO Property & Investment Company Limited. He is a graduate of Accounting and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and Institute of Chartered Secretary & Administrator (ICSA).

His experience spans over three decades in Accounting Practice, Banking, Finance & Mortgage Operations, Real Estate & Construction Wema Homes, Abbey Mortgage Bank PLC before foraging into entrepreneurship as a real estate developer.

From a meagre seed funding of less than US$10,000 Capital to a multi million dollar organisation. His company C2Q has carried out construction and development of over 2,000 units of residential apartment as well as commercial offices, malls and other mixed use real estate projects.

Akande was the Senior Special Adviser on Housing and currently the Commissioner for Housing of Ogun State Government, one of the most prominent and economically advanced State in Nigeria and the Gateway State.

He is an ardent lover of professional golfing, a single Handicapper, a member of the prestigious IBB International Golf & Country Club Abuja, Elephant Golf Club, Ewekoro and Abeokuta Golf Club.

Babalola Sharafadeen Babatunde

Executive Chairman

Babalola is a graduate of Finance as well as an MBA.
His vast experienced in research and analytics, business and product development, operation, finance, leadership and management has been brought to the fore at C2Q
His deep insight of business and management principles as it relates to design and development, resource allocation, production methods, and leading others has been a critical asset to the Operations and Project management Division of C2Q.
He is highly resourceful and an effective communicator and motivator who identifies and leverages assets in teammates to reach organizational goals.

Edun Moruf Ayinla

Director

Edun Moruf Ayinla, is a member of the Board of C2Q and brings his wealth of experience as an astute finance and account experts to the team. He is a professional Accountant and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Edun possess over two decades of experience in the real estate and International logistics. He is currently the Vice Chairman, Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agent (ANLCA) MIA Chapter.
He sits on the Board of several companies and serves in various
capacities for local and international companies.
His wide experience gives C2Q a cutting edge over its competitors.

Arch. Fasan Rotimi

General Manager

Rotimi is an Architect, Project management expert. He has an HND in Architecture with vast experience in project designs and delivery

Umar is a Law graduate with BL, LLB as well as a Masters Degree in Law
